Delivery & Shipping

Mastercraft Timber & Hardware does not offer in-house delivery or shipping services.  
We do not provide, arrange, handle, or operate any delivery of products ourselves.

For your convenience:  

• Upon request, we can connect you with a recommended third-party shipping agent or courier.  
• Alternatively, you are free to use your own preferred shipping agent, courier, or transporter to collect and deliver your ordered products (Mahogany, Mvule, Cypress timber, etc.) from our premises.

Important – Please read carefully:

• All shipping, transportation, loading, unloading, delivery arrangements, and associated costs are solely between you (the customer) and the chosen third-party shipping agent/courier.
• Mastercraft Timber & Hardware is not affiliated in any way with any shipping agents, couriers, transporters, or third-party delivery services.  
• We are not responsible for any delays, losses, damages, theft, or other issues that may occur during collection, transit, or delivery.  
• Any claims for damages during transit, loss of goods, or other delivery-related matters must be directed exclusively to the shipping agent/courier, and will be handled strictly according to the terms and conditions of the agreement between you and that agent/courier.

We strongly recommend:

• Carefully inspecting your timber upon collection from our location (or upon arrival if using your own arrangements).
• Taking photos/videos of the goods at pickup for your records.
• Discussing insurance, liability, and damage coverage directly with your chosen carrier before they collect.
